The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to all bookings for Sarkar Suites made through this website. Sarkar Suites is
a company registered in Canada whose registered office is at 12 York Street, Toronto M5J 0A9 (hereafter “we” or “our”).

Pricing:

• All rates shown online are per Suite per night (unless otherwise stated).

• Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.

• Rates are include applicable government taxes at time of booking. The Rates are subject to cleaning fees and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.

Payment and Deposit:

• Upon arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card or cash for payment and to take authorization or deposit.

• A cash deposit of $250 towards your stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals and damages in addition to full payment of room and tax.Therefore, payment must be settled before check in.

• Online payment is possible using debit/credit cards and PayPal.

We accept the following types of credit cards:

• MasterCard

• Visa

• Amex

Reservations:

• Within the suite type of your choice, the exact room you will have is a surprise. We will book a specific requested room at $50.

Children:

• Children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge at our Suites, when sharing a room with at least one paying adult.

• Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed in the Suites.

Car parking:

• Sarkar Suites does offer parking facilities. However, additional charges of CAD 30.00 per night will be charged. Price may differ based on location.

Smoking:

• Please note that all of our suites are fully non smoking. In case guests do smoke in the room, a fine of CAD 150.00,- will be charged.

Arrival and Departure :

• Suites are guaranteed from 5pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure. Late check-out until 1pm is possible, depending on availability, for an additional charge of CAD 40.00 per room.

Complaints or Comments:

• We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our suites should be made in the first instance to the HOST at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.
