Cancellation Policy
We use two different cancellation policies, depending on the reservation you make:
1. Refundable Reservations :
Cancellations or modifications of reservations without restrictions are free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date. Please take in consideration that the arrival date starts at 00.00 hour Eastern Standard Time. Should you cancel or modify within 72 hours before arrival, or in case you do not show up, 100% of your entire stay will be charged.
2. Non refundable Reservations :
It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservation in any case. The total costs for all room nights will be charged.Please note
that the credit card which is used to make to booking needs to be shown upon check-in. The name of the booking person needs to be the same - as the name on the credit card. If this is not possible please ask Reception in advance for a third party authorization form.
